It turns out nice, crispy, cheesy and just yummy. We are making it on skillet and without grill or oven. We already have seen lot many sandwich recipes. One more tasty addition to it is corn sandwich. It is a healthy recipe too as it contains lot many colourful veggies. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients: • 2 tsp Olive oil • 1 medium size finely chopped Onion • 1 cup Corn • 1/4 cup finely chopped Carrot • Grated Garlic • 1/2 tsp Mixed herbs • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes • Salt to taste • Finely chopped Capsicum • Deseeded Diced Tomato • 4 tsp Mayonnaise • 1 tsp Chili sauce • Bread slices • Cheese • Butter Method: • Heat up olive oil in a pan and add onion. • You can use any other oil or butter in place of olive oil. • Fry onion for just 2-3 minutes. • Add corn, carrot and fry together for about 4-5 minutes. • Add garlic and mix well. • Add mixed herbs, black pepper powder, chili flakes, salt and mix well. • You can try the combination of green chili, red chili powder and garam masala too. • Add capsicum, tomato and mix well. • Turn off the gas and stuffing is ready. • For making spread or sauce take mayonnaise, chili sauce in a bowl and mix well. • Spread or sauce for corn sandwich is ready. • You can use green chutney in place of this spread. • Take bread slices and spread sauce on it. • Spread the stuffing, cheese on one of the breads and close up the sandwich with another bread. • Heat up a skillet on medium heat and add butter. • Transfer the sandwich on the butter and toast well until it turns crispy from both sides. • When lower side is toasted well spread butter on upper side and flip the sandwich over. • When lower side also is toasted well, take the sandwich off into a dish. • Corn sandwich is all ready.
